- The latest Amiga Shopper has an advert on the inside back cover from First
- Computers Leeds with the Surfer Pack on sale at 559.99 UK pounds. This suggests
- an RRP of 599.99 UK pounds.
-
- The Q-Drive is advertised at 239.99 UK pounds.
-
- While the Q-Drive might be just about acceptable to some people, I feel that
- the surfer pack is way overpriced once more (though to a lesser degree than the
- standard Magic A1200. Under 500 UK pounds RRP and I might have considered it.
-
- What`s worse is that, unless Scala is not included in the Surfer pack, the
- Amiga A1200HD Magic pack is only 100 UK pounds cheaper and not worth buying if
- you were interested in an A1200. :(
-
- What does everyone else think?
